due to the current water flood situation in Bangkok.

I am wiriting let you know that finally we have deceided to postpone the SEE 2011 conference and 9th SEE Forum meeting due to the current situation of water flood in Bangkok.

The detailed plan for future SEE 2011 has not been decieded yet. However, we would let you know once we could arrange the plan and hope continuous cooperation on SEE activities.
